Return Policy

Please note: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases made through our online store.

However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly assist with a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect sizing or fit (please refer to size charts before ordering)

  • Minor variations in color or texture due to screen settings or natural materials

Shipping and Handling

All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. This time is reserved for quality checks, packaging, and preparation to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note:

  • Orders placed during holidays or high-demand periods may require additional processing time.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.


Orders are shipped using the selected method you as the customer chooses during checkout. Once location is entered, shipping fee is calculated. 

For local orders we offer delivery, we will confirm your order and arrange a time to drop off your order. 

We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.  We will provide a tracking number for all shipments.
